Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our team upon the approval of your return request. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, coffee, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

請在收到訂單時立即檢查商品。若發現商品有缺陷、損壞或收到的商品有誤,請立即聯絡我們,以便我們評估並處理問題。

不接受退貨的例外情況

特定類型的商品不接受退貨,包括易腐爛商品(如食品、咖啡、花卉或植物)、定制產品(如特別訂單或個性化商品)以及個人護理產品(如美妝產品)。此外,我們不接受危險物品、易燃液體或氣體的退貨。如果您對特定商品有疑問,歡迎隨時查詢。

很遺憾,特價商品或禮品卡不接受退貨。

換貨

獲取所需商品最快的方式是先辦理退貨,待退貨申請獲准後,再另行下單購買新商品。

退款程序

我們在收到並檢查您的退回商品後,會通知您退款是否獲得批准。若申請獲准,退款將在 10 個工作天內自動退回至您的原付款方式。請注意,銀行或信用卡公司處理並入帳退款通常也需要一定時間。
